How to Register
Please find instructions on how to bid below.
1. Click on the property you wish to bid on.
2. Click on the register/bid now button, then follow the steps to register.
During registration, you will be asked to upload pictures of two documents, which will need to be one of each from the list below.
1. Photographic ID (Driving License or Passport)
2. Proof of address (Current Council Tax Bill from the current year, or a Utility Bill/bank statement dated within the last three months in your name and address.
You can use your driving licence also providing you have not used it for your photographic ID).
If you are bidding in a company name then please contact the team and we will advise what additional documents we require.
We will then check the documents and authorise your bidding. If you wish to bid on further lots then you will just need to click register on those, you will not be required to re-upload your documents.
The bidding closing times will be advised on each individual lot and you will be bidding via the Auction Agent website once the auction starts.
