We continually aim to create a varied and interesting auction including – but not limited to – residential, commercial retail, mixed use, industrial, land, tenanted and investment properties.

Furthermore, Auction Agent does not differentiate or discriminate between properties offered – we take on land and properties of different types, sizes, values and conditions.

Auction Agent is happy to accept anything – whether they are troubled properties with structural issues, fire damage, Japanese knotweed or title deed complications (and anything else that is classified as, although often misconstrued as, “a stereotypical auction property”), or properties that are brand new or structurally/cosmetically sound.

Buyers should, therefore, not expect that everything in our auction portfolio will be of poor quality but, rather, expect our portfolio to have literally anything and everything available within the UK property and land market.

Sellers often look for auctions to quickly offload their property portfolio for a range of reasons: diversification of investment assets, selling an empty property, selling a probate property to distribute inheritance, or to hold a chain together due to a property in the chain not being sold as planned.
